Baingan Aloo - the latest addition to our menu!
Now we don't like to knock other countries' cuisines, but some seem to
think they know a thing or two about cooking aubergines/ eggplant/ brinjal/ baingan - they bake
'em, roast 'em, fry 'em and stuff 'em. That's all well and good, but
what they should be doing is slicing them into thin strips and tossing
them with potatoes in a delicious delicately spiced base of tomato and
onions.
Why not treat yourself to this month's promotion - it's delicious and healthy too! - £4.30 as a main course, £2.50 as a side dish.

Welcome to the new-look Spice Shuttle website.
We've made it much more user friendly and improved the ordering process. More importantly, we have removed the glitches that have previously caused problems with orders. There is still some work in progress but this is just cosmetic and will not affect the working of the site.
