by up to 50 per cent for three hours after eating?
You won’t find our curries swimming in oil or brimming with additives — just good healthy ingredients. We cook with oil, not ghee, and only use basmati rice, which is medium GI, or you can choose the low GI brown basmati alternative. Plus, we will shortly be producing a calorie guide for all our menu items.

Welcome to the new-look Spice Shuttle website.
We've made it much more user friendly and improved the ordering process. More importantly, we have removed the glitches that have previously caused problems with orders. There is still some work in progress but this is just cosmetic and will not affect the working of the site.
