Spice Shuttle offers a delivery service to a limited area for a minimum order of £8. If you are not within our delivery area, a message will appear on-screen notifying you. Opening hours are 12pm-12am.
Price
Unless otherwise agreed, the price for the products shall be the price advertised on the website as published on the date of the order.
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase items specified in conjunction with a Spice Shuttle offer, promotion or discount. Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer, promotion or discount at any time.
Payment
The owner of the card used for payment must show this card on receipt. Card payments are secure and via Barclays Merchant Account.
Our delivery drivers carry only up to £20 in change, payment must be in £sterling.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Spice Shuttle needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 days.
We do not accept cheques.
Products
All menu items are subject to availability. In most cases, an alternative will be offered for any out-of-stock item.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken, fish and meat, some may remain.
Some products may contain nuts or nut traces.
Calorie guides are intended as a guide only.
Delivery times
We aim to provide piping-hot food within 45 minutes. However, things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.

Welcome to the new-look Spice Shuttle website.
We've made it much more user friendly and improved the ordering process. More importantly, we have removed the glitches that have previously caused problems with orders. There is still some work in progress but this is just cosmetic and will not affect the working of the site.
